Swim Lessons — Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Amara Swim Lesson Reimbursement Offer, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

1. The Promoter

This offer is run by Amara Early Learning Centre (referred to as “Amara”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Offer Summary

Amara will reimburse the cost of up to four (4) swimming lessons per eligible child, capped at $25 (AUD, inclusive of GST) per lesson and a maximum of $100 (AUD) per eligible child, provided all eligibility requirements and conditions set out below are met.

3. Offer Period

• Start date: 22 April 2026
• End date: The earlier of 30 June 2026; OR the date on which 50 eligible tours have been completed.
• Amara reserves the right to extend, shorten, or withdraw the offer at any time at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Eligibility — Who Can Register

To register for this offer, you must:

• Be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over
• Have at least one child aged under 4 years at the date of registration
• Reside at a postcode within Amara’s current catchment area (the list of eligible postcodes is published on the registration page and may be updated at Amara’s discretion)
• Agree to attend a tour at Amara Early Learning Centre within 14 days of your registration
• Not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of a staff member or owner of Amara Early Learning Centre or Living Online Pty Ltd

One registration is permitted per family. If two parents or guardians from the same household attempt to register separately, only the first registration will be eligible.

5. Eligibility — Which Lessons Qualify

To be eligible for reimbursement, swim lessons must meet all of the following requirements:

• The lessons were attended by an eligible child (under 4 at the date of registration)
• The lessons were completed within the three (3) months prior to your registration date
• The lessons were provided by a registered Australian swim school, swim instructor, or aquatic facility (including learn-to-swim schools, council-operated pools, and private swim schools).

Lessons that do not qualify include:

• Lessons given informally by friends, family, or unlicensed instructors
• General pool entry fees without instruction
• School-based swim programs already paid for through school fees
• Squad training or competitive swimming programs

You must hold an itemised receipt or tax invoice from the swim school that clearly shows:

• The swim school’s legal name and ABN (if applicable)
• The attending child’s name
• The dates of each lesson claimed
• The amount paid per lesson
• The total amount paid

Bank statements, credit card statements, handwritten receipts, or screenshots without supporting detail will not be accepted.

6. Reimbursement Amount

• Amara will reimburse the actual cost per lesson, up to $25 per lesson.
• A maximum of 4 lessons will be reimbursed per eligible child.
• Maximum total reimbursement per child: $100.
• Families with more than one eligible child may claim separately for each child (e.g. two children under 4 = up to $200 total).
• If the actual cost of a lesson is less than $25, only the actual cost is reimbursed. If the actual cost exceeds $25, only $25 per lesson is reimbursed.

7. How to Claim

To receive the reimbursement, you must complete all of the following steps:

1. Register online at the offer landing page, providing the required personal and child details.
2. Book and attend a tour of Amara Early Learning Centre at a time mutually agreed with Amara, within 14 days of your registration date.
3. Provide eligible receipts at or before your tour, either in person (original or printed) or by email to enquiries@amaraelc.com.au in advance.
4. Complete the in-centre reimbursement form at the time of your tour, including your Australian bank account details (BSB and account number) for the reimbursement payment.
5. Have your receipts verified by an Amara staff member, who will check them against the eligibility criteria.

Failure to complete any of these steps within the specified timeframe may result in your registration being cancelled, and no reimbursement being paid.

8. Payment of Reimbursement

• Reimbursements are processed weekly, on Fridays.
• Payment will be made by direct electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Australian bank account you nominate on the in-centre reimbursement form.
• Amara will use reasonable efforts to process your payment within 7 days of your verified tour completion.
• Amara is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by you.
• Reimbursements will not be paid in cash, by cheque, or via gift card.

9. Expiry of Registration

• Registrations expire 14 days after the registration date if a tour has not been completed in that time.
• If your registration expires, you may re-register if the offer is still open and you still meet the eligibility requirements, subject to the one-per-family limit.

10. Verification and Right to Decline

Amara reserves the right to:

• Contact the nominated swim school to verify the authenticity of receipts
• Request additional evidence (e.g., proof of residency, child’s date of birth)
• Decline any claim that does not meet the eligibility requirements, or which Amara has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise non-compliant
• Cancel any registration or reimbursement where the applicant has provided false or misleading information
• Take legal action to recover funds paid in respect of fraudulent claims

Amara’s decision in relation to eligibility is final. Applicants will be notified in writing (by email) if a claim is declined, together with the reason.

11. No Obligation to Enrol

Acceptance of the reimbursement does not oblige you to enrol your child at Amara. This offer is designed to introduce local families to Amara Early Learning Centre — any decision to enrol is entirely yours and will be subject to the standard Amara enrolment process.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through this offer will be handled in accordance with Amara’s Privacy Policy. The information collected includes parent or guardian contact details, child’s name and date of birth, swim school details, swim lesson receipts (retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and audit purposes), and bank account details (used only to process reimbursement).

Bank account details will only be used to process the reimbursement payment and will be stored securely. By registering, you consent to Amara contacting you about the offer and, if you opt in, about other Amara products, services, and communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

13. Intellectual Property and Media Consent

If you are photographed or recorded during your tour (for example, as part of Amara’s social media content), Amara will seek your separate written consent. You are under no obligation to consent to being photographed or recorded in order to receive the reimbursement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, injury, or illness arising from participation in this offer, any swim lesson attended by the child (responsibility for which rests with the swim school and/or the parent or guardian), or any delay in processing reimbursements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Amendments to the Terms

Amara reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any changes will be published on the offer landing page and will apply to all new registrations from the date of the change.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
