Q: How do you support my baby’s individual routine?

We work closely with each family to understand your baby’s feeding, sleeping and settling patterns. Educators follow your home routine as closely as possible, with flexible care that adapts to your baby’s natural rhythm throughout the day.

Q: How do you keep families updated throughout the day?

We use the Xplor Home app to share real-time updates, including nap times, feeds, nappy changes and photos of your baby’s experiences. You’re also welcome to check in with educators at any time — we believe in open, ongoing communication.

Q: How do you support my child's first steps and growing mobility?

Our environment is designed for safe, active exploration. Educators encourage crawling, pulling up, and walking through open spaces, age-appropriate equipment, and plenty of supervised movement opportunities.

Q: My child is starting to show strong preferences. How do you handle that?

Emerging independence is celebrated here. Educators offer simple choices, respect your child’s growing autonomy, and use gentle redirection when needed to support confidence and emotional development.

Q: How do you encourage early communication and first words?

Educators narrate daily activities, sing songs, and respond to babbles and gestures enthusiastically. This rich language environment actively supports vocabulary growth and the exciting milestone of first words.
