You’ll have the chance to explore our learning spaces, ask questions, and get a feel for how our play-based program supports your child. It’s important to us that you and your child feel right at home. Even better, if you enrol before 28 February, you’ll receive two weeks of care free*.
At Amara, every child’s day is filled with learning, exploration, and discovery. Our brand new Adventure Rooms are thoughtfully designed for children aged six weeks to five years, offering nurturing environments that grow with them through every developmental stage. From curious babies to confident kindergarteners.
Each room has its own unique focus and personality. You will explore the calm, sensory-rich spaces of our Chimp and Elephant Rooms to the playful, social settings of the Lion, Ostrich, Zebra, and Giraffe Rooms. Together, they create a journey of care, curiosity, and creativity where every child is encouraged to learn, explore, and thrive at their own pace.
We couldn’t be happier with Amara. The educators go above and beyond, the facilities are fantastic, and our child is thriving. From the very first tour, we felt welcome and supported.
Our current daily fee is $160, with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) available to reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible families.
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our educators hold current first aid, CPR, and anaphylaxis training, and all visitors sign in and out through our secure entry system. We also maintain strict child-to-educator ratios and daily safety checks to keep our environment safe and welcoming.
We follow a play-based approach inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, supporting each child’s interests, creativity and natural curiosity through hands-on experiences.
Absolutely! We encourage families to bring their child along. It’s a great way for them to see the space, meet our educators, and start feeling comfortable before they begin care.
All our educators are trained in first aid and emergency response. We have clear procedures in place for managing medical incidents, allergies, and health plans. Parents are notified immediately if an incident occurs via phone call, and we always follow up to ensure your child’s wellbeing.
