Safe and exciting adventures for our smallest of explorers

The Zebra Room (2 – 3 years) is where toddlers start to feel like ‘big kids.’ It’s a space full of creativity, connection and emerging independence. At this age, children are building friendships, expressing themselves in new ways, and learning how to be part of a group – all while still needing the comfort of consistent routines and trusted educators.

We support their development with meaningful play, emotional guidance, and plenty of chances to explore and grow at their own pace.

Supporting Independence with a Gentle Hand

Children in this age group want to “do it myself,” but still need help to navigate the world. We balance between encouraging independence and providing reassurance. From putting on shoes to expressing feelings with words, our educators are there every step of the way.

Creative, Messy Play and Sharing

Painting, sensory tubs, dress-ups and building experiences are part of everyday learning. We encourage children to get hands-on and express their ideas.

Sharing, turn-taking and learning to play cooperatively are big focuses at this age. Educators guide children through interactions with patience and care.
