Q: How do you support toilet learning?

We follow your lead. If your child is showing signs of readiness, we’ll support them with consistent routines, gentle reminders, and lots of encouragement. If not, that’s okay too – we move at each child’s pace.

Q: What if my child struggles with sharing or playing with others?

This is a normal part of development at this age. Our educators model positive behaviour, coach children through social situations, and help them learn how to express needs and solve problems with others.

Q: How do you manage big feelings and meltdowns?

We respond with patience, calm and consistency. Educators help children recognise emotions, use simple words to express themselves, and learn ways to self-regulate over time.

Q: How is language and communication development supported in the Zebra Room?

Educators engage children through storytelling, open-ended questions, and rich conversation daily. This strengthens vocabulary, sentence building, and the confidence to express ideas with peers and adults.

Q: What does creative and imaginative play look like at this age?

Children engage in role play, art, construction, and outdoor adventures. These experiences build problem-solving, creativity, and social skills in ways that feel exciting and entirely child-led.
