Q: How do you support my baby’s individual routine?

We work closely with each family to understand your baby’s feeding, sleeping and settling patterns. Educators follow your home routine as closely as possible, with flexible care that adapts to your baby’s natural rhythm throughout the day.

Q: How do you keep families updated throughout the day?

We use the Xplor Home app to share real-time updates, including nap times, feeds, nappy changes and photos of your baby’s experiences. You’re also welcome to check in with educators at any time — we believe in open, ongoing communication.

Q: What happens if my baby becomes unsettled?

Our educators respond gently and promptly to comfort your baby. We use calming techniques like soft singing, holding, and sensory reassurance. You’ll always be notified of any changes in behaviour, and we’ll work with you to support your child’s needs.
